The Chambers.

The Firm is constituted of a Managing Partner, two Senior Partners and a Partner, whose specialisations across constitutional, corporate, commercial and criminal law are complementary to one another, supported by a closely-knit bench of Senior Associates and Associates who conduct matters before the trial courts, the tribunals and the Hon'ble High Courts.

Mr. E. Venkata Siddhartha is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has upwards of fourteen years' standing at the Bar. He has established a substantial practice in the writ, original and appellate jurisdictions of the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana and the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and appears in matters both civil and criminal.

His principal areas of practice comprise proceedings under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, land and land revenue litigation, service jurisprudence and complex civil causes. He further holds a specialised practice in constitutional law and in prosecutions arising under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

He appears with regularity before the trial courts, the Hon'ble High Courts of Delhi, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, and has been instructed in matters carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

In his capacity as Managing Partner he superintends the strategic direction of the Firm, the quality of the professional work issuing from its chambers, and the conduct of its client relationships. No opinion is released and no pleading filed without his concurrence or that of a fellow Partner.

He has acquired a particular proficiency in service matters and in land revenue litigation, and is frequently instructed by parties arraigned against the State, its instrumentalities and statutory authorities. His experience in proceedings under the PMLA and the NDPS Act has equipped him to conduct criminal litigation of the gravest description with discretion and precision.

A. V. Venkat Bhaskar

Mr. A. V. Venkat Bhaskar brings to the Firm upwards of thirty-five years' standing at the Bar, founded upon an extensive practice in the criminal jurisdiction. In the course of a distinguished career he has appeared before the trial courts, the Hon'ble High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and has earned a reputation for incisive argument and a considered command of criminal jurisprudence.

In his present capacity he applies himself to the settling of detailed legal opinions, to solicitor's work, to the drafting and vetting of documentation, and to the superintendence of litigation strategy. His opinions are valued for their clarity, their depth of reasoning and their practical utility, and afford both the client and the Firm secure guidance upon questions of law of some difficulty.

His solicitor's practice extends to advising upon the remedies available, settling pleadings, and ensuring that every procedural requirement is scrupulously observed before institution.

He further furnishes strategic oversight in matters of complexity, directs the Firm's approach in litigation of high consequence, and ensures that each cause is conducted with the benefit of several decades of practical wisdom at the Bar.

Mr. Ch. Shanthi Vidhya Sagar has fourteen years' standing at the Bar, with a specialised practice in corporate law, civil litigation and economic offences. His work comprises due diligence, matters arising under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, prosecutions for dishonour of cheque, suits for recovery of money, and proceedings under the laws relating to recovery of debts.

He is closely engaged in the investigation of title to immovable property, and directs a team of non-legal professionals in the preparation of comprehensive and exhaustive reports on title.

He is the Firm's principal presence in the several trial courts in and about Hyderabad, and brings to that work a considerable knowledge of trial practice and of the civil side. He conducts matters before those courts with regularity and precision.

Beyond his litigation practice he brings valuable experience of corporate and statutory compliance for listed and public limited companies, acquired during his association with Karvy Infotech Private Limited. He is further a member of the Core Legal Team of Deccan Cements Limited, in which capacity he has settled agreements and commercial documentation of every description.

Sandha Saikiran Sagar

Mr. Sandha Saikiran Sagar maintains a wide-ranging practice before the trial courts of Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad. His work embraces writ proceedings, revenue and land matters, civil and criminal causes, consumer complaints, arbitration, prosecutions under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and matters of family law.

He assists and briefs Senior Counsel in matters carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and appears in his own right before the Hon'ble High Courts of Telangana, Delhi and Andhra Pradesh.

He is experienced in the settling of agreements, terms of employment and commercial contracts of every description, and advises upon their construction and enforceability.

He appears with regularity before the trial courts in matters concerning negotiable instruments, in criminal causes and in civil suits, and further conducts family matters, including petitions in matrimony and questions of succession.

Krishna Sankya Talluri

Mr. Krishna Sankya Talluri maintains a practice spanning commercial litigation, property and revenue matters, the criminal jurisdiction, intellectual property, arbitration and family law.

He appears with regularity for clients before the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana and the trial courts across Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy, and is recognised for meticulous preparation, a strategic approach to the conduct of a cause, and persuasive advocacy. He brings to the Firm's instructions a considered union of litigation experience and advisory judgement.

Vade Shashidher Reddy

Mr. Vade Shashidher Reddy is an Advocate of twelve years' standing, with a specialised practice in the criminal jurisdiction. He appears with regularity before the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana and the trial courts of Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad.

His practice comprises a wide range of criminal and civil causes, including applications for regular and anticipatory bail, criminal revisions and the conduct of sessions trials. He is further experienced in proceedings arising under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and in prosecutions for economic offences.

In addition to his litigation practice he renders advice and settles opinions upon questions of criminal law, and upon civil questions such as disputes touching immovable property and claims founded in contract, furnishing clients with guidance at once lucid and practicable.

Velpula Amulya

Ms. Velpula Amulya is an Advocate enrolled with the State Bar Council and qualified through the All India Bar Examination. Her practice extends to civil litigation, revenue matters, family law and proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. She attends upon the briefing of Senior Counsel, appears before the trial courts, and assists in matters before the Hon'ble High Court.

Her work in family law comprises petitions in matrimony, questions of custody and guardianship, and matters of succession. On the civil side she conducts disputes touching immovable property, claims founded in contract and suits for recovery.

She further attends to matters arising under the laws relating to the recovery of debts and to company law.

Davu Sidhartha Reddy

Mr. Davu Sidhartha Reddy is a newly enrolled Advocate with a specialisation in intellectual property rights, and a practice directed to civil, criminal, family and real estate matters. He unites rigorous legal research and precise drafting with an analytical approach to the framing of a case, and assists regularly in the settling of pleadings and petitions and in advisory work.

He appears before the trial courts and the Hon'ble High Courts, where he assists Senior Advocates in the preparation and conduct of matters with diligence and professional care.

As an emerging practitioner he is committed to disciplined advocacy, to continuous study of the law, and to the delivery of pragmatic solutions directed to the client's object.

Strength briefed, where the matter demands it.

In causes of complexity or of high value the Firm briefs Senior Counsel practising at Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The conduct of the brief is nevertheless retained by these chambers, so that the strategy of the matter and the institutional knowledge of its history remain in one place throughout.
