Instructed since 2017, upon the discipline of the chambers.
Venkat & Venkat Advocates & Solicitors is a firm of Advocates established at Hyderabad in the year 2017. It comprises ten legal professionals, of whom four are Partners, and is founded upon a single discipline: that no brief leaves these chambers without a Partner having read and settled it.
§ Our Approach
Every matter carries a Partner's signature.
Disputes of substance are seldom confined to one forum. Where proceedings in land, crime, company law and before the tribunals arise upon the same set of facts, what determines the outcome is a single litigation strategy, settled at the outset and maintained consistently before every Bench.
At Venkat & Venkat a Partner reads each brief upon receipt of instructions, settles or approves every written opinion issued, and appears in person at each hearing which materially advances the matter. That is the standard by which the Firm holds itself, and the whole of its organisation exists to maintain it.

Opinions rendered in writing
Every matter upon which the Firm advises is concluded by a written opinion. It is drawn so that a successor in office, an auditor or another counsel may take it up and proceed from precisely the point at which the Firm left off.

Coordination across fora
Where proceedings in land, crime, company law and before the tribunals arise from common facts, they are conducted under one strategy, so that pleadings, limitation and appearances remain consistent before every Bench.

Senior Counsel duly briefed
In matters of complexity or high value the Firm briefs Senior Counsel practising at Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, while retaining the conduct of the brief itself.
