The profession, learned in the manner of the chambers.
Juniors at these chambers do not observe the practice from a research desk. You will carry briefs to court, sit through cross-examination, draft under correction, and move your own miscellaneous petitions, under the supervision of a Partner from the first week of your engagement.

Early exposure to the Bench
Associates appear, and do not merely attend, within their first months. They begin with adjournments and miscellaneous applications, and proceed to argument as their preparation warrants it.

Drafting settled under correction
Every pleading drafted is returned marked and settled. The method is slower than working from precedents, and it is the only manner in which drafting is genuinely learned.

The whole brief, not a fragment
Juniors read the brief in its entirety, attend conferences with the client, and observe how a strategy is settled upon; for that judgment, and not the speed of research, is the profession.

Junior Associate, Litigation
Nil to three years' standing at the Bar. Enrolment with a State Bar Council is required, together with qualification in the All India Bar Examination. Fluency in Telugu and English is essential and Hindi is of advantage. Exposure to civil or criminal trial work is preferred.
Legal Intern
Open to students of law from the first year onwards. Each intern is attached to a single Partner, attends court daily, and is furnished upon completion with a written evaluation of their drafting.
